New Website
We've updated the website to better keep our community up to date and make it easier to navigate.
Purchased Common Area
In 2022, the Board of Directors purchased the strip of land along to Raes Creek and joined it with the previously owned strip along Shark Ct.
No Dumping!
The HOA added this sign at the Corner of Shark Court to address some of the dumping that has been occurring in that area and behind the fence.
Please take your yard waste to the local dumping sites.
