We've added an Annual Dues Payment Options PDF.  As of 2024, we are now offering Zelle (free payment option)!  If you choose Venmo, please be aware of the convenience fee.

Your HOA has openings on the following committees:

• Architectural and Beautification Committee

• Social Committee

• Communications Committee

• Maintenance and Safety Committee

These committees require a minimal time commitment, and they are a great help to your neighborhood.  E-mail us for more information.

The community approved a much needed upgrade to our neighborhood street signs!  (June 2025)

After much discussion, the HOA voted on removing the line of Bradford Pears at the entrance.  Look for additional landscaping conversation in next year's HOA meeting. (June 2025)

In 2022, the Board of Directors purchased the strip of land along to Raes Creek and joined it with the previously owned strip along Shark Ct.

The HOA added this sign at the Corner of Shark Court to address some of the dumping that has been occurring in that area and behind the fence.
